12-26-99 Late merry Christmas to all. I started this web page because I thought we needed a good Bushmaster and Defiant web page for people to come to when bored. No offense to others pages like mine. Ive seen all them and think they are all great. Why not add another to the growing list of owners groups? Also got word that Bob Long's turbo board is not due out till February.

12-28-99 I have added a bunch of reviews to the page. Mostly on the gun itself but reviews and pics of aftermarket parts are coming soon. In the next couple days or so. Also got some news on the Bob Long turbo board. Here is what I have heard of how it performs.
Basically, at a rate of fire above two shots per second, the gun will
shoot at 1.5 shots per pull. What this means is that every other
trigger pull will shoot two balls. This increases your rate of fire
by 50%. This is different than the Smart Parts turbo board in that
the SP turbo board will keep a memory of trigger "bounces" and then
regulate these trigger events into a rate of fire to up to 11.5bps.
This means that the new Bob Long board will potentially be able to
fire faster than the SP board. If you can pull the trigger at 8 pulls
per second, the gun will fire at 12bps. If you can do 9 pulls per
second, the gun will fire at 13.5bps. It's amazingly fast. Now these
two boards are different than the turbo board that you might have
heard of from ICD. ICD's board is basically a semi only board that
cuts a few milliseconds off each trigger pull. It means that the gun
cycles faster than before but does not acutually have any "turbo"
effects.

1-1-00 Woo hoo! Happy new year everyone! Hey i heard that Bob Long is coming out with a new gun. First I heard that the new gun is a Bob Long turbo board with an electronic anti chop eye inside a millenium body. Then i heard it is the same as above but in a newer and cooler defiant body and could get your existing defiant upgraded to it. I am not sure this is coming out it is so far just a rumour. I will keep you posted if something comes up. I also added a review of a 47ci ACI adjustible Bulldog tank. See my reviews page for it. I suggest you read the review if you are planning on buying any ACI paintball products anytime soon.
1-2-00 I have got word that the Bob long's new gun is indeed inside a millenium body. They will still be using the millenium but the new gun will have the turbo board and electronic anti-chop eye. This gun is still in prototype phase so I have no clue when it might be coming out. Don't worry though. The Bob Long turbo board for teh Defiant and the bushy are still coming out as well as the anti-chop eye.

1-5-00 Look for a new message boaed coming soon. It will called the BDM Board. Standing for Bushmaster/Defiant members. Be up in a couple days. Also I will changing the pic for BM2K Board because it is actually the Defiant Board. My mistake. This has been pointed out to me and I apologize.
1-8-00 I have a little more information on the turbo board and Anti-chop eye. First of all they will be sold as separate items for right now. The turbo board and the eye will be out sometime around March. thats all the news for now.

1-12-00 I have finally got my message board posted on the site. It is caled the BDM board standing for Bushmaster/Defiant Members. You don't have to be a member to post or view the messages. That is just the name. If you would like to a member just E mail me what gun you have, any mods on it, serial#, and anything else you want. A pic would be nice if you have it. I also fixed the BM2K Board tag. It was actually a link to the defiant message board so I fixed it.
1-16-00 I added two different bolts available for the BM2K and the Defiant. They are the Smock Bolt and the Wet Worx bolt. Both bolts can be seen in my mods section. The Wet Worx comes in colors but the Smock bolt is $15 cheaper, so choose your destiny. Also more members are needed and why not post on the message board as well. Come on lets make this site mainstream.
1-17-00 I added both a picture for the Smock Bolt as well as the Wet Worx bolt. I am also going to be getting both these bolts in the mail soon so as soon as I get them and can play around with them a bit, I'll write a review on both of 'em.
1-18-00 I heard there is a new ICD BM2K out, is this true? I heard it is a normal BM2K but with new milling on the side and the new ram (See mods section in a couple days!) and it started after serial# 2000+.
1-20-00 Paintball planet, the maker of the eclipse mag and cockers, is coming out with a new Eclipse Bushmaster. This new bushy will be first shown at Skyball this February and will be available to sell in the near future. I will post anything and everything I hear on it right here on bm2k.com. Check out my BDM board to see what Jack of paintball planet had to say about it so far. The parts from the new eclipse bushy will be available to buy and put on your existing Bushmaster or Defiant.
1-24-00 I added a link to G3 paintball so go and check oout their site. I will have pictures of JC's bushy that G3 milled I heard it looks awesome. Check back and see for yourself. I am also getting more people writing to the BDM board which is good but I still need more members. I got one new member today who was Bryan of BDOG, but more would be appreciated. If you can help me out, that would be great. A serial# isn't requiered if you don't want to. Just tells people what style your bushy/defiant is.
1-28-00 I put up JC's new pics of his gun. Go check them out. He just got his gun back from G3 paintball and got some cool milling. The pictures shows it all. I also fixed Wet Worx paintball e mail address because they changed it and the one I had didn't work. Atomic Paintball also has a new bushy body out. It is all chromed out, milled and sells for $200 if you are interested. I will have pics in the mods section as soon as I can get around to it. Check back in a couple of days.
